I am no foodie. But this is one of my weaknesses! Also I am a vegetarian . Yes don't roll your eyes. There can be a burger without the meat and it can taste equally if not more yummm! Ermm.. I wont get into a debate about it, though!
For the burger patties, I use whatever fresh veggies I have in the fridge that day. Everything tastes yum! I have added peas, cauliflower, spinach, beetroot, cucumber, radish, cabbage, french beans, carrots and spring onions to my patties till now. But the vegetable that has to be there is the potato for me.
Here's one I made this morning. I make this burger every time I feel blue! Loaded with extra-calories cheese and mayo, its my comfort junk food.
It is lunch time and I so wanna pick that burger from the screen :D
ReplyDeleteCan't remember when I last had a burger...this one looks yum.

Now I could eat a veggie burger if I made it myself with my favorite ingredients! I don't know why I had never thought of that. Your burger sounds and looks yummy!
